Ingredients
- • 3/4 cup unsalted butter [168 g], melted
- • 1 cup sugar
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 2 large eggs
- • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour [98 g]
- • 6 Tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa
- • 1/4 tsp baking powder
- • 1/4 tsp salt
- • 2 cups white chocolate chips
- • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- • 1 cup peanut butter
- • 1 cup chopped Reese's
- • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- • 1 Tbsp shortening
- • 1/2 cup chopped Reese's, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment or foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add eggs and mix until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- For the fudge, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
- Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently stir in chopped Reese's.
- Pour fudge over brownies and press into an even layer. Refrigerate 4-5 hours to set.
- For the topping, microwave chocolate chips and shortening in 15-second increments until melted and smooth.
- Spread chocolate over the fudge layer, sprinkle with chopped Reese's, then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
