Oreo Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- • 16 oz tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade)
- • 16 Oreos, plus more for topping
- • 12 oz cream cheese
- • 1/3 cup sugar
- • 1 egg
- • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a greased 9×9 baking dish, press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the dish.
- Layer Oreos in four rows over the cookie dough and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the Oreos.
- Drop small pieces of the remaining cookie dough over the top until covered. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, cool completely, then refrigerate for about 1 hour before cutting and serving.
