Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter [227 g], room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour [250 g]
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 18 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed or chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Scrape down the bowl, then add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and centers are puffed but slightly underdone.
  8. Cool a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
