Ingredients
- • 1 cup unsalted butter [227 g], room temperature
- • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- • 2 eggs, room temperature
- • 2 tsp vanilla extract
- • 2 cups all-purpose flour [250 g]
- • 3/4 tsp baking soda
- • 1/2 tsp salt
- • 18 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed or chopped
- • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Scrape down the bowl, then add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined.
- Fold in Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and centers are puffed but slightly underdone.
- Cool a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
