Ingredients
Marinade
- • 3 Tbsp olive oil
- • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- • 1 tsp dried rosemary, slightly crushed
- • 1 garlic clove, minced
Chicken
- • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a bowl or freezer bag.
- Add chicken thighs and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until the thickest part reaches 165 F.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
