- • 26 gluten-free Oreos
- • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- • 10 oz white candy melts
Instructions
- Crush the gluten-free Oreos into fine crumbs with a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin. Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for topping.
- Mix the remaining crumbs with softened cream cheese until evenly combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into golf-ball-sized balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt the white candy melts in short microwave bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball in the melted coating, let excess drip off, then return it to the baking sheet and sprinkle with reserved crumbs before the coating sets.
- Let the cake balls firm up at room temperature before serving.
