Ingredients
- • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- • 3 eggs
- • 1 Tbsp vanilla
- • 3/4 cup heavy cream
- • 1/4 cup sugar
- • 16 Oreo cookies, whole sandwiches
- • 32 Oreo cookies, whole sandwiches (for crust)
- • 5 Tbsp melted butter [71 g] (for crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Prepare the crust by crushing 32 Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 7-inch springform cake pan.
- Blend cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, heavy cream, sugar, and 16 Oreo cookies until smooth and pour the filling over the prepared crust.
- Place a baking pan with 1 inch of water on the bottom oven rack, then place the cheesecake on the middle rack.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the cheesecake is still jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for 6 hours before unmolding.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy.
